Shipping & Returns Policy

At Gel With Us, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help. To make sure it goes smoothly, please read our Shipping & Returns Policy below to understand your options and our process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return certain items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- You need to have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Sale items and any equipment which is deemed to be personal grooming, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Nail Care Equipment: Nail Care Kits, Cuticle Clippers, Cuticle Pushers, Curettes, Files, Nail Clippers
- Nail Care Personal Items: Cuticle Oils, Polishes and Gels, Cuticle Remover Jelly
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at admin@gelwithus.co.za and head the email “RETURNS”. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For other returns, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges will be dealt with on a case by case basis and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange, save in the event of a defective product, and subject to a handling fee. Some items may not be exchanged if they have been used or unpackaged.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
8. International Returns
If you’re returning an item from outside South Africa, please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
